Message From Vice President Milga Morales
The Division of Student Affairs understands that between academic and cocurricular life, college can be a "balancing act" for students, so we are doing our best to help you achieve success. I hope every member of the Brooklyn College community takes advantage of the many activities going on throughout the year. Goals of the Division of Student Affairs
- Build community by promoting opportunities for campus communication, including discussion of ethics and civility, and highlighting events that lead to the development of campus pride and esprit de corps.
- Contribute to the development of a student-centered campus culture by focusing on civic engagement, service, leadership development skills and global awareness.
- Increase its visibility on and off campus through collaborations; by augmenting staff development opportunities; and by celebrating staff accomplishments as well as student personal and academic success.
- Review, enhance and assess support services to students focusing on student satisfaction and retention.
