Our workshops cover everything from résumé feedback to learning how to pitch yourself in 30 seconds.
Workshops
Not sure how to pitch yourself to an employer at a job fair? Need some help improving your résumé? The Magner Career Center offers workshops throughout the year to help you improve your career skills.
Who Speaks at Our Events?
To engage students further, we frequently invite various professionals to speak with students about career advancement. Previous guests have included the vice president of CBS Late Night, New York Knock's president of public relations and recruiters from PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC). Some employers have offered even more hands-on experiences, like the Department of Homeland Security, who gracious provided select students with a company visit of their New York State Secret Service field office in Brooklyn.
Check out a list of all of our workshops and register for the ones that fit what you're looking for through BC WebCentral under the "Career" tab.
