Alexandra Lewis teaches a wide array of courses including music history, theory, ear training, keyboard and performance. She designed the keyboard and ear-training programs and serves as coordinator of both. Her areas of interest: 19th-century and early 20th-century music served as inspiration for recent music history special topics seminars on Liszt, Ravel and Art of the Piano. She continues to pursue her passion for the piano through performances and is an advocate of contemporary music. Lewis is a strong proponent of "Reacting to the Past" pedagogy and began creating her own games in 2009.
