Art majors are some of our most creative students.

Refine your craft in our master’s degree program.

You have a background in studio art, and you want to take your work to the next level and make a serious impact on the art world. Our master’s degree program in studio art will help you get there with classes in design, digital art, drawing, painting, photography, printmaking and sculpture. Your teachers will be acclaimed artists whose works have been exhibited at the Metropolitan Museum of Art, the Museum of Modern Art, Deitch Projects, the Whitney and many galleries and museums around the world. With our accomplished faculty as your guides, and with abundant resources on campus to support your education, you’ll find Brooklyn College is the perfect place for your creativity to flourish.

You get to have a small and private group of people that you share a studio with, and you end up keeping a close relationship with them.
