Star turns can happen behind the camera, too.

With a master of fine arts in television production from Brooklyn College, you will be able to advance your career behind the cameras as a writer, producer, director or editor. Our curriculum is based on production aesthetics, critical analysis and media literacy. We’ll take you through many genres, including documentary, drama, news, sports, art and cultural, experimental and demonstration, as you develop content and produce and direct both single- and multiple-camera, live switched productions using our state-of-the-art post-production facility, high-definition cameras and full HD television studio. Once you complete the program, you’ll be fully prepared to develop programs that entertain, inform and instruct audiences that can number into the millions — and make yourself a household name in the process.
