Bruce Bonvissuto's career spans virtually every aspect of the New York music scene including symphonic (Philharmonic Orchestra of New Jersey, American Symphony, Opera Orchestra of New York, Queens Symphony, Brooklyn Philharmonic); Broadway (Dreamgirls, Big River, Jerome Robbins Broadway, Guys and Dolls and currently Chicago), jazz, recording and chamber music (Metropolitan Brass Quartet, New York Virtuosi). Performing on trombone, bass trombone, alto trombone, euphonium and tuba, the Juilliard alumnus has appeared as featured soloist with orchestras, bands and in recital, and brings a wealth of experience to a broad range of musical styles. His past and present faculty affiliations include The Juilliard School, Hunter College and Brooklyn College.
