Conservatory of Music

Enter an elite club of award-winning, prolific musicians.

When you join our graduate program in music, you will become part of a legacy. Our students have gone on to successful and rewarding careers as Broadway pit musicians and music teachers in local schools, studio-recording musicians and musicians for Jazz at Lincoln Center, music librarians, musicologists, and performers and composers for the New York City Opera and the New York Philharmonic. You'll learn from a highly trained faculty who are not only superior teachers but talented and recognized musicians as well. You'll combine your studies in our state-of-the-art facilities and specialized music library with opportunities to participate in some of the 150 performances we sponsor each year and to meet an extensive schedule of guests artists drawn not only from the huge pool of artists in New York but also from around the globe.
