DIGITAL EngAGEment: Media Literacy in the 21st Century
The M.S. in Media Studies Program at Brooklyn College is pleased to announce it will hold its first DIGITAL EngAGEment conference on May 5, 2017, at 25 Broadway in Manhattan's Financial District.
DIGITAL EngAGEment encompasses the myriad ways humans encounter, utilize, create, and participate with digital technologies, processes, experiences, cultures, and environments.
The inaugural conference theme is media literacy in the 21st century. It is a call to express concepts of media literacy and activism and specifically what it means to comprehend the digital environment, and to thoughtfully and actively participate in digital communications.
