Annette Danto has extensive credits in film/television production, documentary and sound recording, including BBC, Channel Four, NHK, Canal Plus, NBC, HBO and Showtime. Danto has directed fiction and documentary films for nonprofit organizations, including UNIFEM, Pathfinder International and Ted Turner Foundation. Her films are distributed internationally through Forwardintime.com and are in the permanent collections of leading universities and libraries. Recent documentaries include Reflections on Media Ethics (2011), Gandhi's Wheel (2010) and The Never Ending Path (2005). She is a twice awarded Fulbright Scholar in Filmmaking (2002, 2004), a twice awarded Tow Faculty Fellow (2004, 2008), and a recipient of grants from international media organizations such as the Eastman Foundation and the Ted Turner Foundation. Her work has exhibited in international and national film festivals, television and conferences.
