Internships
Internships are available to any film major who has completed 18 or more credit hours in the Department of Film. A student seeking credit for an internship must receive permission in advance from the Department Chairperson and must enlist a faculty sponsor. Once permission has been granted and a faculty sponsor designated, the student is eligible to register for an independent study. The number of credits earned is based on the hours per week required by the internship.
Prior to receiving permission in CUNY First to register for internship credit, all students must first complete an Internship Application, which should be handed in to Peggy Scott, in WEB 201, or Program Coordinator Matthew Moore, WEB 205.
