Dilemmas resulting from the practice of the health sciences including clinical care, public health practice, human subjects research, and the delivery of health services and the development of health policies. Conflicting needs and values of the practioners, clients, health care system, and communities. Critical evaluation of proposed solutions offered by the professions, government, communities. Case study evaluations. Examination of historic and contemporary cases.
