Laboratory experience that provides food preparation activities designed to complement Health and Nutrition Sciences 2222 [41.5], Foods of Diverse Populations. (Not open to students who have taken Health and Nutrition Sciences 2222 [41.5] prior to Fall 2010.)
Prerequisite: Health and Nutrition Sciences 1100 or 2210
Corequisite: Health and Nutrition Sciences 2222 [41.5].
