Elaine Geller is a professor, graduate deputy and program director of the master's program in speech-language pathology. Prior to this position, she served as a visiting professor at Emerson College. She also served as the graduate program director at Long Island University/Brooklyn for 10 years, where she was one of the co-founders of the multicultural bilingual master's program. Geller received her Ph.D. in speech and hearing sciences from the Graduate School and University Center of the CUNY. She completed postgraduate training in infancy and mental health at the Infant Parent Study Center, Institute for Infants, Children & Families, in New York. She has been involved in clinical education and supervision in the area of communication sciences and disorders for over 35 years.
