2 hours lecture, 3 hours fieldwork; 3 credits
Exploration of music performance in the music institutions and diverse cultural resources of New York City. Students will attend musical performances and carry out field documentation of a local music culture or institution. This course is the same as Music 3 and 10.3.
Prerequisite: Core Studies 2.2 or Core Curriculum 1130 [1.3] or permission of the director.
