Department Requirements

A program of 15 credits of advanced electives. Each course must be completed with a grade of C or higher. Students must complete 1 and 2 below.
1. Africana Studies 3102 or History 3561.
2. Twelve credits chosen from the following: Africana Studies 3101 or History 3560; Africana Studies 3105, 3107, 3110; Africana Studies 3112 or Political Science 3306; Africana Studies 3210, 3201, 3205, 3290; Anthropology 3535; Art 16.02.
