Areas of Expertise:

Research interests include ancient drama (e.g., Roman Comedy and Attic Tragedy); the religious philosophy of Plutarch; relationships among Pagans, Christians and Jews in the first century CE; the reception of the classics among African American women of the Harlem Renaissance.
