Novels, stories, poems, and plays from World War II to the present; such writers as Salinger, Mailer, Ellison, Morrison, Lowell, Plath, Ginsberg, Tennessee Williams; and a sampling of recent work.
Prerequisite: English 1010 [1] or 1.7.
