The history of the United States from the end of Reconstruction to the present, emphasizing the varying experiences and contributions of diverse populations living in the United States. ?Diversity? in this course comprises race, ethnicity, class, religion, citizenship status, as well as the population diversity tied to region, economic and political culture, language, and more. Course does not satisfy any distribution requirements for the B.A. degree programs or minors in history or adolescence education: social studies teacher. Starting Fall 2018 Satisfies Pathways Flexible Core US Experience in Its Diversity requirement.
