The short Yang form for health, meditation, and self-defense with push-hands practice and readings from the T'ai-chi classics, the Lao tzu, Chuang tzu, Confucian Analects, and l Ching. (Not open to students who have taken or are enrolled in Physical Education *+1007 [17.20].) To be taught in English.
