Department Honors

Students who want to qualify for honors in political science must:

  • Have an average of 3.50 or higher in all political science courses, except Political Science 1.51 or 1.7.
  • Have a grade of no less than a "B" in an honors independent studies course.
  • Have a grade of no less than "A" in a senior capstone seminar series.
  • All course work eligible for consideration for department honors must be taken at Brooklyn College.
