Brooklyn College has been ranked by Money magazine among the nation’s “Best Colleges for Your Money.”

The college was ranked 35 out of 744 schools nationwide for quality, affordability, and alumni success. Other CUNY colleges ranked include John Jay College of Criminal Justice (53), Queens College (100), Lehman College (110), The City College of New York (115), Hunter College (128), and the College of Staten Island (418).

The Money rankings examine factors like net costs after financial aid, the amount typically borrowed through federal programs, loan default and repayment rates, and the institution’s effectiveness in moving low-income students into the middle class and beyond over the past 20 years.
