Everbridge Wellness Survey
To ensure the health and safety of everyone on-campus, anyone planning to come to campus for any reason or length of time, is required to complete a brief Wellness Check Survey using the Everbridge mobile app prior to entering the campus. No one will be allowed to enter campus without an “approved” wellness check approval confirmation.
What is Everbridge?
Everbridge is a CUNY-wide mobile app used to conduct Wellness Check Survey for anyone entering a CUNY campus. The app is available for both Apple iOS and Android devices.
How do I complete the Wellness Survey on Everbridge?

Visitors should use the Visitors’ Guide for instructions.
Based on the answers provided, you will receive confirmation on your phone or email that clears you to enter the college or office. Those not cleared to enter will be given additional guidance on what they should do next.
