The Amersfort Room

Amersfort Room

The Amersfort Room, on the second floor, can be booked for meetings and events. Amersfort can host 100 people or can be used in conjunction with the Bedford Room to store food or as a sign-in/check-in area.

The Alumni Room

Alumni Room

The Alumni Room, named after our Alumni Association, can accommodate up to 150 people in auditorium seating. This room features plaques of esteemed Brooklyn College alumni. Alumni can be used for moderate-size meetings, receptions, and conferences.

The Aviary Room

Aviary Room

The Aviary Room, our largest conference room, is located on the fourth floor and can seat 15 people. This conference room is often used for small meetings or presentations.

The Bedford Room

Bedford Room

The Bedford Room, on the second floor, has been used for major fairs, conferences, and moderate-size events and meetings. Bedford can hold 175 people standing or 150 people in a round table setting.

The Cosmic Room

Cosmic Room

The Cosmic Room, located on the fifth floor, is one of three conference rooms. This workspace is great for small but important meetings for teams of up to 12 people.

The Glenwood Room

Glenwood Room

The Glenwood Room, on the second floor, can be booked with the Amersfort Room and/or Bedford Room. As a standalone room, Glenwood works for small events and meetings for 60 to 70 attendees.

The Gold Room

Gold Room

The Gold Room is our largest room. It features large dual screens for presentations and is an ideal conference space for 150 people seated, or auditorium style for 250.

The Grog Room

Grog Room

The Grog Room, on the fifth floor, is one of three conference rooms. This workspace is great for small but important meetings of teams of up to 12 people.

The Jefferson-Williams Room

Jefferson-Williams Room

The Jefferson-Williams Room, named after two former deans, features a mini African art collection. This room works for meetings and conferences and can accommodate up to 100 people in an auditorium or round tables setting.

The Maroney-Leddy Room

Maroney-Leddy Room

The Maroney-Leddy Room can be used as a small meeting room on its own or in conjunction with the adjacent Jefferson-Williams Room as a sign-in or food room. Maroney-Leddy can hold up to 50 people in a variety of settings.

The Maroon Room

Maroon Room

The Maroon Room is great for small meetings and mini conferences. It can hold up to 80 people in an auditorium style or 60 people with round tables.

The Occidental / International Room

Occidental / International Room

The Occidental / International Room is the perfect venue for a banquet, fair, dinner, or recognition event. Occidental (the larger space) can hold up to 90 seated at round tables. The connecting room, International, which holds up to 50 invitees, is often used to house food items, swag, etc. If you’re looking for a large space solution comparable to our State Room to hold an important gathering, the Occidental / International Room may be a good fit.

The Penthouse

Penthouse

The penthouse features a sky dome and a balcony with views of Flatbush and Manhattan. The penthouse can accommodate 200 people in an auditorium setting or a standing reception. Contact us to book this space for your banquet or conference.

The State Room

State Room

The State Room is ensconced in wood paneling and furnished with majestic furniture suitable for a petite, powerful presentation, luncheon, or reception. It can accommodate up to 50 people using round tables or with chairs only. Various types of gatherings honoring award-winning guests and dignitaries are suitable for this grand room.

The Ward Room, on the fifth floor, is one of three conference rooms. This workspace is great for small but important meetings of teams of up to 12 people.
