Second-Degree Students
Second-degree students are students who have received a recognized bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. Official transcripts with degree notation must be submitted.
- Transfer Credit Information Request (pdf): This form should be used for inquiries regarding your transfer credits (e.g., request credits to be added, request degree to be added, etc). Print out the form, fill in the requested information, and submit it to the Transfer Evaluations Office via e-mail.
- Viewing Your Transfer Credit Report in CUNYfirst (pdf): This pdf gives step-by-step procedures for viewing your TCR in CUNYfirst. It also provides a detailed explanation of the TCR.
- Transfer Credit Re-evaluation (pdf): This form is to be used if you are seeking a re-evaluation of a course from an academic department. A description or syllabus should be brought to the academic department evaluator and submitted by the academic department to the Transfer Evaluations Office via e-mail. This form must be submitted by your transfer credit deadline during your first semester of attendance at Brooklyn College.
- Acknowledgement Form (pdf): This form is to be used if you are seeking a modification or re-evaluation of a course which was transferred into the college in a term other than your first semester at the college. If this is your first term at Brooklyn College, you do not have to fill out this form. This form indicates that you have consulted with Financial Aid and understand that modifying the transfer record after your first term at the college may result in a change in your financial aid. You can send the signed form to the Transfer Evaluations Office via e-mail.
