Transfer Students

There are two steps to transfer between Opportunity Programs such as SEEK, College Discovery, and HEOP.

  1. Submit the CUNY Transfer Admissions Application for Brooklyn College. More information can be found here, including deadlines and information on financial aid.
  2. Complete the Special Programs Transfer Request Form (PDF) with your current campus.

Transfer Deadline

The deadline to submit a Brooklyn College SEEK Transfer Application for spring and fall is January 15 and July 30, respectively.

Accepted SEEK Transfer Students

Students who transfer to the SEEK Program will receive all the benefits of the program.

Accepted students must meet with the Brooklyn College SEEK transfer adviser and attend the SEEK New Transfer Student Orientation and Workshops during their first semester at Brooklyn College. These workshops provide information about career development services, tutoring, academic planning, scholarships information, and library services. Students will also have the opportunity to meet with fellow transfer students and have occasions to engage in leadership and group activities.
