James A. Lynch is an Associate professor of management and law in the Finance and Business Management Department. He has published in journals such as the Journal of Business Systems Governance and Ethics, Journal of Leadership, Accountability and Ethics and the Interdisciplinary Journal of Contemporary Research in Business.

Areas of Expertise:
Business ethics, corporate social responsibility, management training, spirituality in the workplace and moral leadership. He is also a Certified Buddhist Dharma Teacher as authorized by Rissho Kosei Kai the world's second largest Buddhist lay organization and serves as a Trustee for the prestigious World Parliament of Religions.
