Mark Voelpel is the director of record for more than 60 commercials, several award-winning narrative films, a documentary, and a collection of political satire videos. Mark has worked in a variety of roles in the film, television, and media industries. He ran the Content Studio for R/GA for over a decade. Mark supervised visual effects for feature films such as The Shadow, Braveheart, Demolition Man and The Last Action Hero. He is a Clio-winning director of over 60 television commercials for clients such as Samsung, Google, LG Digital, Chrysler, and Intel. Mark was a creative lead on Nike Fuelband which won the Grand Prix at the Cannes Marketing Festival. Mark has led VR projects for Volvo, Samsung, and Rihanna. He was the DP for a variety of films, including the nationally distributed award-winning feature documentary One Nation Under God and The Strange Case of Balthazar Hyppolite, which was a finalist for the Best Short Academy Award. Mark is presently developing a TV series.
