The Performance Management Process (PMP) is an annual process by which CUNY and Brooklyn College work together to set goals, measure changes, and assess progress toward institutional advancement. In the years leading up to 2015-2016, there were three basic reports: a goals report that sets goals for the coming year; a year-end report that reviews statistical trends for the prior year; and a progress report that reviews developments towards the attainment of the prior year's goals. Starting 2015-2016, the goals and progress reports were discontinued for a while. In 2017-18, a PMP goals and progress letter was submitted to Interim Chancellor Rabinowtiz; although the link appears below under progress reports, it also contains goals for the coming year.
