IRDS Data Request Form
Faculty and staff who would like to request data not already available on his web site must complete our data request form. Faculty and Staff are encouraged to review the CUNY and Brooklyn College FERPA Policies.
Please make sure you read and fully understand the Guidance and Procedures for Requesting and Using Data from CUNY Educational Records for Research Purposes in Compliance with FERPA before submitting your data request.
Please complete all items on the Data Request Form below. Once you are ready to submit the form, please click on the Submit button at the bottom of the page. A member of the IRDS Team will contact you shortly after your request is received. Please allow a minimum of at least 2 weeks for your request to be fulfilled. Thank you!
