Areas of Expertise:
Bursztyn's scholarship focuses on school experiences of school children with special needs, multicultural psychological assessment, diverse families and qualitative research. Recent publications include The Praeger Handbook of Special Education (Praeger Books, 2007); Teaching Teachers: Building a Quality School of Urban Education (with J. Kincheloe and S.
