Hong-Jen Abraham Lin joined Brooklyn College in 2007. Lin devotes his research efforts to the issues related to risk management and technology management of insurance and banking firms across nations. His scholarly work has been printed by a British and a German companies and published in professional journals such as Multinational Finance Journal, International Finance, Managerial Finance, Journal of International Financial Markets, Institutions & Money, North American Actuarial Journal, Asian Pacific Journal of Risk and Insurance, Journal of Comparative International Management, International Journal of Finance and Journal of Internet Banking and Commerce. He has lectured in seminars and academic conferences in China, Taiwan and Australia. Moreover, he has been granted research awards by the Society of Actuaries and PSC-CUNY, and won Long-Term Thesis Award from Acer Inc.
