Rose Bonczek has been a professional director for more than 30 years. She has worked at numerous New York and regional theaters, including Jean Cocteau Repertory, Ensemble Studio Theater, Berkshire Theater Festival (Massachusetts), River Arts Repertory (Woodstock, New York), Theater Project (Baltimore) and State Theater of Albany. She has served as festival director of Gi60, an international one-minute play festival in conjunction with Leeds Metropolitan University (United Kingdom) and Screaming Media Productions. She is program head of the B.F.A. in Acting program.

Professional director. Specialty instructor of acting, improvisation, solo performance and rehearsal technique. Research interest: ritual, interdisciplinary theater/archaeology, Irish Neolithic ritual sites.
