Areas of Expertise:
Professor Philogene's research interest is primarily in Spatial Data Science and GIS. Her work has involved various applications of GIS to evaluate impacts of environmental and community health. Her current research interests focus on community health, spatial epidemiology, environmental hazards, chronic disease analysis, and remote sensing. Her current research is focused on community health and spatial epidemiological analysis, often using large amounts of publicly available data.
