Larry Bustamante (candidate, B.Mus. sax performance & music education) and Jessica DiMari (candidate, B.Mus., composition) were recently awarded the Brooklyn College Alumni Association Award ($4,000 to each).
In Fall 2013 Music Education majors Nia Austin and Matthew Davis co-founded (and re-established) the Brooklyn College Gospel Choir as an active musical club. They have performed successfully both on campus (Studio 312; Lily Pond) and off (Methodist Hospital and Sloane-Kettering) during 2013-14.
