PSYC 7122G Organizational Diagnosis and Consultation

Evaluation of methods of organizational diagnosis; root cause analysis; stages and tasks of consultation cycles. Theory and practice of consultation and organizational development. Roles of change practitioners (internal/external consultant, manager, leader). Essential skills for effective consulting.
Prerequisite: Psychology 7121G and permission of the graduate deputy chairperson.
