Phillip Staniczenko is an Assistant Professor in the Biology Department at Brooklyn College, City University of New York (CUNY), where he studies the effect of environmental change on species interactions and ecosystem services. He is also a faculty member of the Ecology, Evolutionary Biology, and Behavior (EEB) Ph.D. subprogram at the CUNY Graduate Center. Prior to joining Brooklyn College, Staniczenko was a postdoc in ecology and evolution at the University of Chicago, a research fellow in environmental risk at University College London, and a research fellow in ecological networks at the National Socio-Environmental Synthesis Center in Annapolis and the Department of Biology at the University of Maryland, College Park.
