Roseanne Schnoll is a registered dietitian and certified dietitian nutritionist. She is currently the director of the graduate dietetic internship program.

Areas of Expertise:
The role of self-regulation, specifically self-monitoring and goal setting on dietary behavior; complementary and alternative therapies. Schnoll has investigated CAM usage in Brooklyn, functional foods, and phytomedicines. She and her colleagues studied the effects of blueberries on cognitive function in the elderly. Currently, she has been investigating the relationship between diet and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder.
