The Conservatory Orchestra will present three concerts this spring. Their March 30 performance will feature the 2023 Concerto Competition winner while the May 11 concert will showcase pianist Zifeng Michael Zheng performing Mendelssohn’s Concerto No. 1.
The Symphonic Choir, Conservatory Singers, and Glee Club will present a concert ranging from choral masterworks to gospel and folk music on Wednesday, April 26 in the Claire Tow Theater.
The Brooklyn College Opera Theatre will present a fully staged one-act opera, Henry Purcell’s Dido and Aeneas, on Friday, March 24 at 7:30 p.m. and Sunday, March 26 at 2 p.m. in the Don Buchwald Theater.

In November 2017, in conjunction with the 31st Biannual International Electroacoustic Festival, the conservatory and the Center for Computer Music hosted a symposium, 'Legacies of Pauline Oliveros,' to honor the late composer's life, ideas, and music.
